​About the SEMINAR

The SEMI High-Tech Facility Committee aims to integrate resources, and provides an exchange platform to improve the key technologies for plant facilities. The Committee dedicates itself to environmental protection and corporate social responsibility, it also focuses on the issues of energy saving, waste reduction, disaster prevention and smart manufacturing , etc..

​In this seminar, in addition to targeting on harmful substances deduction in the producing process, the air pollution and water pollution prevention issues that we need to actively deal with are also included. Except for following the government policy, it's also important to promote the cooperation between the academic field and enterprises, and integrate upstream and downstream strength to retrieve the blue sky and precious water resources. Thus, all are welcome to participate in this seminar.
