1st Steering Board (2013-2015)
The Chair, Vice-Chairs and the Secretary General were elected at the Inauguration Celebration of the Committee, October 3, 2013, by and from among the 45 founding members. With the three Chairs of the Sub-Committees elected at the first Steering Board Meeting on October 11, 2013, the Steering Board consists one Representative from SEMI Taiwan, and three Vice-Secretaries.
