Subject: Single rotor VOC system efficiency improving to Approach Zero emission
Abstract
This High efficiency VOC system can improve the existed VOC system from 95% to 97.5% or up to 98% without change the thermal oxidizer. This improvement including the following three methods. :
1).The thickness or zeolite rotor changes from 400mm to 600mm in order to raise the VOC removal efficiency.
2). A new partition added onto the rotor to form a High temperature desorption area. The rotor partition became four areas but not three. Thus, on line High-Temperature-Desorption performed with smaller heat consumption, and keep the performance good.
3)..Guide the thermal oxidizer exhaust to Zeolite rotor inlet. And the VOC in this stream will adsorbed by rotor with no emission to stack.
