About the SEMINAR
SEMI High-Tech Facility Committee's mission is to not only gather professional resources in plant facilities but also provide a platform for research discussion and information exchange with a view to improving critical technologies in plant facilities. Furthermore, the committee is dedicated to environmental conservation and implementation of corporate social responsibility, putting a lot of efforts on various topics such as energy saving, waste reduction, disaster prevention and smart manufacturing.
In this seminar, besides focusing on the reduction of hazardous substances and prevention/control issues of air pollution and water pollution, we will deliberate on how to take full advantage of green environmental technology to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises as well as strengthen their resilience and sustainable development. Apart from coinciding with government policies, we actively accelerate close cooperation between academia and enterprises, combine upstream and downstream powers, and find the key to the coexistence of friendly environment and enterprises development. All are very welcome to participate in this seminar. |
