Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has sped up the time needed for the global digital transformation
from several years to several months. Facing the ever-changing market environment,
Taiwanese companies must enhance their digital immunity to strengthen their overall
market competitiveness. Artificial intelligence (AI) and data analysis can process a large
amount of data, discover the relationship between multiple variables and factors, and assist
enterprises in making business decisions and realizing large-scale precision marketing.
What is the key to success that drives this transformation, what role will AI play in it, and
