The SEMI High-Tech Facility Committee is honored to welcome Former President of National Tsing Hua University, Professor Frank Shu, who will share a breakthrough in using biomass for environmental sustainability and waste management. Prof. Shu will discuss how activating biomass can reverse climate change, and the mechanisms of action that enable biocarbon to slow the development of global warming. |
